Printing as a running cost — not a series of purchase orders.

Most organizations only discover what printing really costs them when the invoices are added up at the end of the year. We start from the other end: we look at what each department actually prints, replace the devices that are not fit for their workload, and then run the fleet on an agreed cycle — supplies, service and warranty taken care of.

When it makes sense

If you are running more than a handful of devices

At that point the question stops being which printer to buy, and becomes what printing actually costs you — and that is not a question invoices alone can answer.

You cannot see the real cost

Devices are bought at different times on different budgets, consumables are ordered department by department, and service is paid for when something breaks. The real cost only appears at year end, and by then it is history.

The fleet grew, it was never designed

A department that prints a thousand pages a month has a device built for ten thousand, and the one that prints ten thousand is queueing behind a desktop unit. Neither is anyone's fault; nobody ever sized it to the workload.

Supplies are an emergency, not a schedule

Someone notices a cartridge is low, a purchase order is rushed through, and in the meantime the department borrows from another floor. That cycle costs more in lost productivity than it does in money.

One contract answers all three: a cost you can see in advance, devices sized to the work, and supplies on a schedule.

How a contract works

From a fleet review to a settled running cycle

Fleet review

We start from what you have: models, locations, how many people share each device, and what is actually being printed. If you do not have that list, we run a site survey and help you build it.

Proposal

What the current fleet costs to run, what a fleet sized for the work would look like, and the difference between them — as figures, not as promises.

Transition

We replace what needs replacing, redeploy what can move, and support your IT team with network and driver setup. Where a fleet is mixed, the review sets out which devices move to HP and when — phased, not all at once. Devices that already suit their department stay where they are.

Running cycle

Supplies arrive on a schedule before they run out, devices are serviced across your sites anywhere in Egypt, and warranty claims are handled with HP. Response times are agreed with you and written into the contract. One person accountable for the whole fleet.

How it is priced

A total cost of ownership, agreed before you sign

Hardware, service and supplies are priced together, so the figure is known at signature rather than assembled from invoices at the end of the year.

Hardware

Bought outright, or leased if you would rather not tie up the capital. One decision up front, rather than a purchase order every time a department needs a device. What happens to them when the contract ends is agreed before you sign, not left open.

Service

A fixed recurring price per device, held for the life of the contract. The price does not rise because a device needed attention more often than anyone expected, or because a department printed more than it planned to.

Supplies

We price supplies and consumables the way that suits your budget: fixed prices held for the contract period, cost per page so you pay for what is actually printed, or a quarterly quota with a fixed cost per page beyond it.

Do you know what printing costs you?

Send us a list of your printers — or just the models and roughly how many people use them. We will come back with what the fleet costs to run now, and what a managed contract would look like. The review commits you to nothing.

Fleet or multi-site order? Add the details

All optional — but the more of this you can tell us, the closer the first quotation will be.
